Xantia S1 Sinker

I've been nosing around, doesn't seem to be many of these for sale does anyone know of any for sale? Prefer a Diesel but anything with an half decent body?

Can anyone tell me, were these just 1993 cars and does anyone have a K plater? Would be interested to know what is out there?

Ive got one currently on loan to some friends. An L reg, Sinker, in white, All good EXCEPT the rear passenger quarter panel is slowly rotting through.

TD, about 197k, but a perfect starter and good runner!

Ive also got a L reg Black TD Anti Sinker, so the "Sinker" was not around for long in TD form, as the TD was introduced later then the Petrols. Petrols mostly on K reg, Though there has been the odd K reg diesels around.

As a whole only K and L reg cars are sinkers... but not all L reg cars..

Here's my sinker she's 20 years old on the 21st October (L) reg turbo diesel 103k on the clock.

Just laid a maritious blue v6 to rest but kept the doors for a short while. Also got a tail gate in maritious.. if wanted shout but i cant keep them long no room. Currently kept out side. Ill strip them out and get rid soon if no one wants.

I doubt it at all chris has just had some sinker specific parts off me to refurb i guess to keep his going.

She's not for sale unfortunately, the amount of hours I've put in over the last few months includes: stripped down the head, new head gasket due to external oil leak (common on xud), timing belt, suspension system completely overhauled!

After having a S1 TD and now a S2 HDi the only Xantia I would look at as a keeper would be a sinker - and it would have to be a solid one.

TD Sinker xantia only appeals for exactley that... Original PROPER suspension setup, which doesn't sieze up the linkages due to sinking...

Otherwise, its 8v hdi for me....
