noise

hi can any one pin point this noise sounds like under the car,,the exhaust banging of floor,and seems like a rumbling noise,,had a quick look under car exhaust seems ok rubbers ok and seems its hanging ok,give it a shook and no banging at all,,,

maybe its the rear axle hitting the exhaust as you go over bumps

Is the spare on tight? and is the jack fitted nice and tight?
