Just a quickie, is it possible to turn the passenger air bag off on a s1 xantia? I know the s2's have a switch on the console, but not so lucky in the s1, just i need to fit a baby seat and you have to turn them off.

NO you can't turn them off, as they were only a cost option on late P and R reg S1 runouts on VSX and Exlcuisves there was no switch added.
Early S2 XM with optional air bag also had NO switch for the Passenger Air Bag.
you will have to fit your child to the rear seat only unfortunally.
