Series 2 Xantia Electric Windows not working...

Afternoon folks,

Not my car however wondering if anyone had some ideas...

Series 2 Xantia (V6 Exclusive) with all four electric windows not working...

Apparently the fuses in the fusebox are fine.

Wondered if anyone had any ideas what it could be - sounds like it will be something stopping the lot of them working, unless all four motors have packed up (unlikely)...

Fuses F10 F27 F30 and F19 all supply power to the relays etc from the passenger fusebox..

Supply to these come from the large Fuese behind the battery - Fuse C and D supply to the fuse box..

Is there ANY other items that do not work along with the windows that down work? Windscreen washers and headlight washers also use the same fuse supply, also central locking..

IF there is, then the Fuse from the fuse box in the engine bay has been lost.. I have known for one of the main supplies to get lost from the main supply box, but it was on the Heated rear window cuircuit on a car. So this could be likely.

From memory I don't remember hearing that anything else wasn't working - certainly the electric seats, electric mirrors, window wipers etc were all functioning fine...

Will have to check if the windscreen washers/central locking etc are also working and see what's what...

Ive got the FULL Citroen 1999 Electrical Diagrams here, so as much info as you can would help in some way or another.. and Ill do my best

Im still guessing a feed problem, as Xantia "Micro Switch" switch's are extreamilly reliable on these..

Had the same problem on my S2 Xantia. It was a broken wire in the loom at the point where it goes between the A post an the Driver's door. It was a thick green wire if I remember correctly.
