lexia3 arrived and help needed plz

ok the tool of all tools has arrived with 3 dvd`s full of proggys patches and updates now here is the embarasing bit i suffer from Korsakoff's syndrome rather anoying and yes totaly my own fault...... previous life new life now.... anyways this syndrome makes it very hard for me to learn new things although i have been a computer wizz since the age of erm hmmm 15 i guess zx81 days (built me own!!) but nower days things are just a little harder to do. so my question is i have both citroen c5 and peugeot and so need the software to look at both i have the latest versions i think on discs and downloaded from net are there any definitive walk throughs for install plz or worse case is anybody brave enough to help out a brain broken man im currently awaiting a charger for an old lappy i can wak xp on as from what i can gather it dosnt run with win7 even in vm many thanks all and any help apprciated

It'll run on 32 bit Win 7, or you can download VIrtualbox and create a Win XP VM if you have a 64 bit OS. Works fine both ways. Just install both Peugeot Planet and Lexia, it'll be fine. Simon is the wizard with this stuff, depending on what version you have , I might be able to offer further help...

well that was short and sweet lol setup ran and then stopped with the recomended setting wizard which then ran and stopped but that wasnt with the software that came with the unit that just looks way to scary lol

Whereabouts are you? If you're local I'd be happy to do the install for you. I have a pre-patched Diagbox which is much easier than some awful versions I've seen thrown in with Lexia kits.

hi gibbo im in southend sadly and this kit has a whole mismatch of discs with a mad amount of proggys patches and russian instructions :/ i now have a xp laptop on sp3 fresh install and would be greatfull of any help or links to known good torrent files for all software needed please i can ring anybody on a home landline as i have free calls for a talk though or whatever i just seriously need to get this talking to my van befor the weekend so i can get the parts needed any help appreciated

Ok wat a interesting evening that was lol managed to get
Lappy and Lexia talking to van intermittently but success at times
But aparo my van has 10 ecu.s
But I have no more info after that
All ??? For vin and everything else
No faults logged no temp or other
Sensor info any help appreciated
Oh one other thing ecu light now goes
Out but comes on intermittently
