Help on ZX TD oil leak

I have a zx td 1992 and it leaks oil from behind the vacuum pump (which is not belt driven) i have taken it off and the are two o-rings behind it i have repaced them but it still leaks oil, any suggestions. BTW has any one ever done a clutch on one before and if so what does it envolve and how hard is it? cheers

Doesn't it have a proper camshaft oil seal?

There's a boss on the vacuum pump that takes up the space where the conventional oil seal sits on other variants, there is a large "O" ring in a groove around this boss that forms the oil seal, the small "O" ring pressed into a groove in the pump flange is actually around the hole where the pump exhausts into the head.
Are you sure he oil is from around the pump or could it be from higher up, that being the rocker gasket.
The clutch is not too difficult to do for the advanced diy'er, its a pull type so the pin connecting the release lever to the release fork shaft must be removed before the box will seperate from the engine, care must be taken on refitting the box to make sure the release fork engages with the release bearing correctly, test the opeation of the release lever to see if it feels right as soon as the box is in position and held with a couple of bolts, if its wrong it will flap about with no clutch spring resistance, then you slide the box off again, reposition the bearing and lever and try again.

My first thought was the rocker cover gasket, so that has been changed and it is free from oil all around the rocker cover, how tight do the bolts holding the vacuum pump on have to be?

The bolts don't need to be very tight at all, though I can't find a spec. for them I would think that somewnere between 5 and 10 lbft would be plenty, water pump bolts require a torque of only 11 lbft to give you some idea.
