hi all my first citroen was a 1220 gs flat 4 air cooled good old car then 3 bx tds and a xantia td and now have a 2002 Picasso hdi 100k good car !!!!!! now the bad news the sills have rotted out dose any one know where I can buy a set of sills for the car will need them to fix for next MOT or it`s the crusher man I will say thanks now as I hope some one can help me

Must be a Xsara Picasso as its a 2002.

It's a well known problem on the Xsara Pic - I don't think replacement sills are available, so you'll just have to get someone to weld patches on them. Ours had a hole in it about about 3" wide, and a foot long, and the thinned part stretched back half way along the sill. It was only 7 years old :shock: There's some sort of water trap that means they rot from the inside out.

new door sills are available for the Xsara Pisssscasssooooo,

i bought one for a friends car from these people

it wasnt listed so i called them they were very helpful

the sill cost around £60 quid including carriage
