My 9780.Z5 doesn't see my car

Hello,
so like the topic said, my 9780.Z5 doesn't see my car. It's French made it used to work fine. Now my computer sees it so does Lexia 3, but when I try to scan for a car it says that no car was found. I tried on C5 and C4 same thing. Any suggestions? Need any advice.

So it looks like a Lexia clone.

Sorry forgot to mention it.

Yeah it's a Car Diagnostic Scanner PP2000 lexia 3 Diagbox. Sorry I am new to all of this.

How can I check it? Just to be sure. But if I understand this, then yes it does. Just my "lexia" doesn't see my car when I plug it in.
