When you change the belt, check the rollers on the tensioner and the idler for roughness and / or play - replace if you think necessary. These are not a known weak point on these engines, and mostly last the life of the engine, but some people replace them precautionarily at about 120,000 miles. Don't forget to check the water pump for signs of leaking / play as well!

Further to Richard's post - I always think it's worth putting on a new auxilary belt at the same time.

Assuming your 90K is Km and not miles, Leave the bearings this time round and just do the belts. 180, 000 KM is a good time to change the bearings which have been known to break up on high mileage (250, 000 Km) engines.
