Hi, just aquired series 1 Xantia. I don"t have a radio code for it ( its original Citroen radio) is there any way of finding the code? cheers in ,advance Terry.

If your Citroen dealer won't provide the code for free, you'll need to take it out to get the serial number from it.
To get it out, remove ashtray, undo the two Torx screws (T20 IIRC) that hold the bottom of the plastic surround which can then be unclipped, revealing 4 more Torx screws that hold in the radio. carefully pull out the radio and make a note of the serial number (stamped into the metal chassis and on a sticker.
Then download the decode software (it's a Blaupunk/Philips) from here. Input the code -as explained in the Radio manual - before you fasten it all back in place.
