Welding costs for new inner cills on Relay LWB?

Hi All
My 03 LWB Relay needs a whole new inner seal on the n/s and a patch (or complete cill) on the other side. Anyone have any idea what this sort of job costs? Also, does anyone know any mobile welders in the Basildon, Essex area?
