Help me choose the right brake disc & pads

I've narrowed my choice of rear brake disc & pads for my 2007 C5, Petrol 2.0L, Hatchback to the following items from ebay:

I need to know whether these are the correct item to get for my 2007 C5. The chassis no is VF7**************[VIN obfuscated, can be read by forum staff].

Thank you very much for the information. Pardon my ignorance, I don’t quite understand the numbers.

You mean the pair of rear brake disc is 4264 W4 and the rear brake pad is 4253 34 and the rest of the numbers are extra information?

im sure though someone on here has said what " AND AGE >= 4 " means but i cant remember,

also the first No.'s for each say kit in the description

Thank you very much to all, I managed to order the brake disc and pads by quoting the number 4264 W4 and 4253 34.
