Factory tint - what percentage is it?

I know the front windows on a car can be legally tinted to 30%, but does anyone know what level the windows are tinted to from factory?

This is on a C8, but presume most will be the same.

When speaking to one of the VOSA guys a few years ago when the tint laws first started to come in he reckoned most factory tints were already around 25% so pretty much any extra tint you added would make them illegal.

A very convoluted question. It seems that % doesn't really apply, as no glass allows 100% light through as manufactured, so a percentage tint would have to take that into account.
