Citroen C5 rear brake pad replacement

Hi
can anyone please offer any advice on the best way to do the rear pads on a c5 mk3? Are there any pitfalls - how to disconnect the handbrake cable, which way to wind back the pistons, is the handbrake self adjusting when I put it back together or do I have to adjust in the first place?

Any help would be greatfully received as there doesn't seem to be a great deal of info relating to the mk3.
