Front Spheres

I need to replace the front spheres on my P reg xantia sx td any ideas?

There are hundreds of threads on replacing front spheres on these forums, if you use the search button you will find plenty of info and hints on how to do the job.
The basic procdure is:
Buy new front spheres (preferably from www.gsfcarparts.com) making sure you get the correct spec for your car.
Unscrew the 12mm bleed screw on the regulator half a turn and let the pressure out
Drop the car to its lowest height using the height lever
Unscrew the old spheres, make sure the o-ring comes out with it, and refit new sphere and o-ring.
Screw the bleed screw back up
Start car and move height lever to normal position.

I'd drop the car to it's lowest height before undoing the bleed screw. The suspension has safety valves which will stop it from lowering if there is no pressure in the accumulator.
And you missed the bit about swearing when you can't get the old spheres to budge.
