Yes, remove the door trims with a trim removal tool or something which is tstrong but not going to mark the paintwork. Once you have it started you can use a loop of tie wraps/cable ties to pll the rest of the trim off.
Then, press out the old trim from the back. Clean up the trims, use some good sticky silicone glue and put in the new trims, very very careful not to bend them too much as they will kink and will remain so.
You'll probably need a good few trim clips for refitting the door trims.

Same idea then really but the bumpers dont need to be removed. I find it best to start in the middle outwards and use a trim popping tool to lever it off with. If you dont intend to keep the old one you cant do much wrong, so long as you dont mark the bumper.

That reminds me. Xac has got a nice set of trims which are mine are one if his cars which he seems reluctant to give me back!!! Says he can't take them off without wrecking them.
