I've just cleared a bunch of faults from the 307 (instrument cluster multiplex, lots of comms errors across several areas, intermittent fuel cap issues) and then tried to take a look in the engine ecu. I chose Diesel, then RHR and it goes away to contact the ecu and returns with a message 'PP2000 unknown reference, ECU being referenced'. I then can tell it that I don't care and to get on anyway and it will display all paramters etc and allow access to options etc. It wont allow a forced regen though - which is unfortunate, as the DPF is showing 94% full.
I guess it needs a good thrash tomorrow to get it to do a regen by itself.
Any ideas why it wont play properly ? One other post on another forum was from someone that had chosen 406 instead of 406R apparently, although I don;t see those options on my PP anyway. Maybe I need to upgrade to allow choice of a 307sw ?
I can't remember any issues when I added cruise a year ago, and suspect that if it had been the same then I probably would have remembered ?
PP2000 wont connect to ecu properly on 307Hdi 136
