Is it a jet, or a fan of water?

I was going to ask the same question. Mine are all over the place. It's a fan coming out of the nozzle and trying to adjust them with a pin does nothing because the nozzles don't move :(

They are probably clogged with debris.
If you can get to an airline, disconnect the pipes from the back of them and blow some air through them.
You need to disconnect the pipes as there are none return valves in them that would prevent the muck being ejected.

.. and operate them a few times with the pipes disconnected, that will get rid of any rubbish.
