Hi
I have an intermittent problem with a Citroen ZX 1.4i, KDX engine with Bosch Monopoint MA3.0 fuel injection.
Most of the time it runs fine, but sometimes the engine speed will increase for no reason to anything between 1500 and 3000 rpm. It will do this for a while and then settle down to normal idle speed.
I have replaced the idle speed stepper motor and the crank angle sensor and checked all the electrical plugs/sockets associated with the fuel injection and ignition. The fault still occurs, does anyone have any other suggestions.
Thanks

Re: Citroen ZX 1.4 fault

were did you get the replacement from ????
wouldnt happen to be that bunch beginning with E by any chance
