Can one of the UK members please shine some fiscal light on the two items listed?

5401K8 (Pug)
5401L8 (Cit)

Both are the same steel wheel, 16×6.5 4 hole, 20mm offset. One was fitted to the 406 HDi, the other to the C5 HDi.
