whilst having the dash removed to replace the heater matrix i unclipped the blue multi connector to the trafficmaster unit as i was pissed of with that stupid unit.
Never thought to try the radio as it was powering up ok but now after all has been put back together i have no sound output from the radio/cd/cassete player.(powers up and shows all functions working ok)
I'm now wondering if the trafficmaster socket disconnected the sound circuit wiring as everything else has been put back in the same place.
my gut instinct is telling me that if i replace this socket then it will be ok (after i remove the passenger airbag yet again

curious
if the traffic master plug is removed does that mean no sound at all from the radio etc or is it just disconnecting the circuit for the traficmaster info over the speakers.
