Audio phono sockets in glovebox - AUX 2

The audio sockets in the glovebox on my 08 MKIII C5 are selected on AUX 2 as the source. This implies that there's an AUX 1 somewhere, or am I missing something?

Aux 1 may be for a CD multichanger ?
