Go under a C5 using the suspension to lift it rather than axles or is it to dodgy

It would be foolish to get under any hydraulic supported equipment without secondary safety devices in place, axle stands are essential.

It's something we sometimes do and I have never had one fall on me but its not worth taking the chance. Drive it up onto some concrete blocks or a ramp made from two pieces of stout timber with the ends on blocks.
