Xantia –Rough idle when starting

Hi

It happens quite rare but sometimes when starting the engine the idle is rough for about two to three minutes. I am not sure but I think it happens if I haven’t driven the car for two to three days. I am not sure if it is related but when I start the car the starter does two to three revolutions till the engine starts to run ( plugs are new ) . I have a friend with the same car and when he starts the car the engine starts immediately as he turns the ignition key

Does it behave like its flooded ? A leaking fuel pressure regulator diaphragm perhaps ?

What engine ?

2.0 16v Automatic . Wouldn't it happen all times If it was the FPR ? If it is the FPR why is it noticeable only on the two to three first minutes after starting the engine ? I can not tell if it like flooded , but it is rough I would say like one of the plugs is not firing
