Do you mean a specific removal tool for removing them when the keys are lost or the actual key that comes with the car ? if you mean the key that comes with the car then they are not all the same, there are about 30 different combinations for each type of bolt.

If you've lost your key (which is unique to the car) and going to replace with a regular wheel nut, go to a tyre depot. They have the tool for removing a locking nut.

Good luck, these are hard to remove, let me know if you get stuck, only in Ilkeston.

It has been possible to remove the wheel bolt using a suitable sized socket, hammered on the the bolt head.

Another method, weld a nut onto the head of the bolt.

Good luck

Trouble is, the Citroen bolts have raised heads designed to break away under torque, as they only act as a guide for the key. The actual driving surface is a flat flange with uniquely spaced holes for the key.

Mine was very similar to that - until I got rid of the locking wheel nuts. Nothing but a nuisance.
