Diesel misfire update

Post by trx »

Done every check took all the advice off here (many thanks people) and today decided just to take the plastic covers off to check the little magnets on the flywheel to see why rev-counter was not working.
The little magnets where there oh yes but not as they should be just about half of them #-o
When the new clutch was fitted i gave him a replacement flywheel because the clutch had smashed to bits arm and all, he said "used your old flywheel as it was OK" =D>
Looks like it will all have to come off again to replace the magnets unless there is a way to replace them while its all still in there.
Thanks again all.
