how to remove intercooler from a dispatch diesel van 04

Hi All
I'm new to the forum and would be grateful for some advice. I have a dispatch van on a 04 plate and the intercooler behind the front bumper needs replacing. I've got a new one but not sure how to go about it, i've looked at removing the front bumper but after removing fixings that i can see i still can't remove it. Can anyone help or has anyone replaced one before, thanks
