Removing the SatNav Cd-Drive

Hi Guys.

I need to remove the Satnav Cd-drive from it's place in the right compartment on the main dash. I noticed it had 4 holes so assume it is a standard stereo locking sysmtem. I got two keys from Halfords as shown but when I put them it the drive doesn't seem to release. Can someone tell me if these are the correct keys and if they are is it just a case of pushing them in as far as they go and then pulling?



I have never had a stereo of any sort with this type of key-lock so not sure how they acutally work.

Oh the car is a 2002 C5 btw

I used to repair /mess around with stereos a bit. I remember pushing the ends of the tool so as to disengage the radio locks, sometimes with some lateral shift then pulling the facia as well as the two tools outwards.
