Leaky pipe (overflow?)

Hi All,

Any idea what this pipe is for?

Looks like it has a cap on it, for an overflow maybe?

Citroen Service docs have an image of the area slightly zoomed out, showing it behind an O2 sensor cable, so you can see the general area:

Looks like the heater return hose to me....

Thanks, so it's coolant coming out of it?, I reckon the garage overfilled the coolant slightly, so hopefully it's just that, or is it worth looking into more?
