Anyone happen to know if

The rear seat back can be removed, the 60% one, leaving the 40% one intact. The seat base is a bench all across so obviously that will have to stay. Car is a C3 SX spec, 2003. Need to transport 3 adults (including driver) and some odd shaped 'luggage'. I've done some measuring up and it looks like it will just fit if the above is possible. In too much discomfort at the moment to get the spanners out and BOL only describes taking the whole unit out.
