1.6HDI Picasso turbo heat shield

1.6HDI Picasso turbo heat shield on 08 plate
Hi. The turbo heat shield mounting lugs have broken again, I had the shield replaced under warrenty within the first year. They last approx 2 years, this time I have repaired to see if they last longer. Has anyone else had this problem of frequent failures?? Also the rear shield over the cat in the front of the engine mounting lug that bolts to the engine has broken ,I have been informned a bracket is available for this failure has anyone fitted one or know of this bracket??
