Do all berlingos have central locking?
Mine does not seem to but if they do then it's time to open up the door panels. Mine is a 2000 model.

No mate, it was an option on the all the Mk1 berlingo's, and wasn't standardised until the year 2003 Mk2 models (the ones with the big headlamps)
I actually have it on my 2001 model, but paid extra for it. At the time it was an extra £350 for a "Comfort Pack" which gives you electric windows, heated mirrors (passenger side one is electric too) and remote central locking; and I regard it as money well spent.
