dispatch pneumatic suspension and gearbox

Unread post by leighton.haynes »

Hello everyone!
Im a newbiee with a citroen dispatch van, new shape 57 reg.
had the van 14 months and it has 2 problems,
1- the pneumatic suspension is stuck in the air... i have just replaced the 2 rear level sensors but how to you release the air to reset the system? is there a pressure release valve anywhere?

2 is the gearbox/driveshaft.... i had a leak coming from the drivesahft area and it was the ds seal.. we replaced this 2 weeks ago and was all fine and now all of a sudden i got it again. we didnt froget any parts etc so i dun understand y this is leaking?
is this due to gearbox or driveshaft?
gear selection is fine but upon using gear change or clutch makes a clunk noise now and then and getting louder... but doesnt happen otherwise.

any help is greatly appriciated.
Thanks in advance!

hi and welcome

i dont know anything about the susp systen on your van, but if it like most modern vehicles, it will almost certainly require a LEXIA being plugged into it to re/program/set it,
if you dont own one there are quite a few members on here own them, see the link below to find the nearest one to you,
them send the member a pm to ask if they mind plugging it into your van
