Part identification

Does anyone know what this part is called or a part number please?

Been suffering from wet carpet syndrome for some time and this this may be contributing.

Its a plastic clip that holds the rubber sleeve in place (surounding the cables)going from the door to the car body. It snapped meaning the rubber sleeve had come adrfift. I'm hoping this will solve the water problem if only I can find out what to order.
Its for a 03 C8

Well there's only a couple of scrap yards around here and none have a C8 or 807 in. Are they used on other models to?
