Coolant Capacity

Any one know the coolant capacity for my 2008 2.0 hdi Tourer ? I cannot find it in my handbook.

It had the clutch and main seal replaced under warranty a couple of years since and when it came back it had the greeny blue stuff in so its time to change it.

Is it bottom hose off as I cannot see any drain points on engine or radiator.

Cant be exactly sure but for the earlier 2.0 engine it is 10.8L, so you should get away with buying 5L of antifreeze concentrate and 6-7L of deionised water. Again not too sure on your exact engine but on the 8v, draining is a case of detaching the bottom hose and flushing, (flush well to remove all traces of old if you are planning on using the genuine longlife stuff as I don't think they are compatible with each other and can gel up). Forte rad flush is recommended by some although probably not strictly necessary since the existing coolant isnt too old Sam
