seat belt fixing points

I have a series 2 Xantia I am taking the drivers seat belt out how do I get to the top bolt on the door pillar

Just clip off the vaguely triangular-shaped plastic cover at the belt top loop and the bolt into the B pillar will be revealed. 17mm.
