C5 2.2 hdi 2003 auto, anti pollution fault, esp/asr,
Could someone point me to the likely problems,p0026, air intake solenoid bank 1 where is the solenoid,, p0024 cam position timing over advanced, could it be a dirty or faulty sensor,
Not had a citroen since cx and bx years ago
Hope someone can help me
31 mpg at constant 50mph,
Any idling reduces mpg by the second
9.4 mpg round town, lol
Starts and runs normally.
New air and oil filters
Hardly any air is being sucked through
Air intake where air filter is, cleaned maff sensor
Lots of air being drawn through left air intake

That little pic of an engine, yes but i deleted fault codes and it went out,
But if I use cruise it comes on and a triangle does, esp asr
Using cheap reader off ebay for a tenner, reads and deletes well, lol

google the codes and look at peugeot aswell they are the same spec so will have the same codes ive had a look and it looks like your additive is low or the particulate filter needs to regenerate or is blocked. i could be wrong as ive only had a quick look

I know what the codes mean, look at firs 3 lines of my first post
P0024 is cam position timing over advanced, p0026 is intake control solenoid, bank one,wat I want to know is wat is an intake control solenoid, and where is it, and how can the timing be advanced, can it be altered

just because that is what the codes say it doesn,t mean that is the reason yhe words anti polution fault says alot about it being something else.
