Dpf Removal

Unread post by wizzer59 »

Hi guys have removed the dpf from my C5 this afternoon, I have drilled out all of the filter material from it, but before I bolt it back on I was just wondering if I need to remove the stuff from the bit left on the car? or is that something else?

You need to tell the car its been filled with Eolys and had a new DPF , then clear codes ,
after that go into each area involved and tell car it hasn`t got a DPF , that`ll do until you get it mapped .
