306 HDI ECU

Hi I really hope some one can help me out here as I have not had my car running for 3 weeks now . I had an injector go down and replaced this cleared all codes with planet and car ran sounded fine. Untill I reversed of the drive put it into first and it stalled restarted this happend 3 times and now wont start at all. Back on planet and it says "no reply from ecu " and it tells me to check transponder and ignition + feed and Batt + feed to ecu .
Does any one know how I go about doing this ie what pins are the feeds on

Maybe you have a fuel feed problem, pump not working or just dirt in the fuel line. Check all the filters and make sure the fuel pump works. Hope this helps
