that is not a simple job and a dti is needed the check the pump timing - a manual like a hanes gives good instruction on this.

Try ebay just put in " Haynes manual XXXX" XXXX being the model of your car.

ektor is in Albania and may not have access to the Haynes manuals as readily as we do.

I'm not sure you can really advance it properly as the pump on the DW8 (the same as the TUD5) only will bolt in one place the holes are not elongated so you cannot 'turn' the pump.

The timing you could probably turn the pulley I guess but if its out there's probably more going on than its position.

I wonder if the belt jumped by one tooth? That would put the pump timing out, wouldn't it?

If the info on the picture is anything to go by, the car in question is a Xsara. What we need to know is if it is a Xsara Picasso or not, and the year (to find the right Haynes manuals).

my car peugeot 206 1.9 1999 have the same pump with xsara. so the pump is the same that is shown in the picture. if tou will be able to find the right manual ilI will appreciate. thank you very much
