Urgent need help

My car wont start unless the gas is stepped. Unconnected stepper motor before to test on high idle problem. Now it wont just start. What should i look first?

Reconnect the stepper motor.

When the throttle butterfly is closed the idle air bypass controlled by the stepper motor is all that will allow the car to run. If the ECU can't operate the idle stepper motor because you've unplugged it it won't start without the throttle being pressed...the ECU opens the idle valve wide during cold starting in particular, then gradually closes it partially a few seconds after starting to bring the revs down.
