That's a DW8 with a Lucas pump.

I think its the earlier one (mechanical advance) but I cannot be 100% sure. You can tell if its got a potentiometer on the control arm or not, earlier ones did not have this I think just the microswitch.

It is the square "block" on the control arm with the wires attached to it. The top right of your picture.
