Citroen Service logging database

Post by Neilgp »

Can anyone tell me if my Citroen is Serviced by a Citroen dealer is this logged under the Service Records at Citroen.co.uk?
If so can I access it?

I bought a 3/5 year old C5 III a few months ago and the dealer stated that it was Serviced immediately before Sale. I need some Warranty work done (by a different Warranty company) and have found that that Service book has not been updated and I'm having difficulty getting the seller dealer to give me any document that this service work was done.
I need the last Service Invoice or declaration from the selling dealer that this service work has been done. Without this the Warranty is null and void!

Can anyone help?

i would either go to Citroen UK or maybe firstly go into a different dealer and just ask if they can give you a print out of the cars service history,
as any citroen dealer can give you this,

it sound to me the dealer you bought the car from might not have serviced the car prior to you collecting it,
otherwise there should not be any problems with them giving you this information

i dont know if they charge for the print out
