why my zx td fuel primer bulb never ever goes hard? I can pump it for 10 minutes and it always is the same as the last time?
it also takes a long time (5-10 SECS) to come bak to its noraml shape. Is there an air leak somewhere?
Anybody know?

Yes - likely to be an air leak then.
You may want to overhaul the filter/primer assembly - ensuring it's not simply leaking here.
Air leaks in primary fuel lines will cause the bulb endless soft on pumping.
A common problem is loose fit hoses on the filter assembly itself & on the tank - otherwise it's the general problems that apply :
Rotten (cracked/split) rubber hoses, rust/pin holes in the rigid pipes, loose fit pipe studs on any fuel components.
This should be checked/inspected before more serious problems suspected.
