Hi there!
Not too bad a job, i had mine off a while back to change a fog light! three 10mm bolts along bottom of bumper, one 10mm bolt by each front wheel arch(a bit fiddly and you need to partially remove wheel arch liner) and two small torx screws at ends of bumper in each wheel arch.
hope that helps

Hi Mike,
Bumper just pulls off forwards after bolts/screws are undone, you just have to unplug foglight wiring harness on passenger side if i remember correctly! Cant remember if you have to take off the trims under headlights though, two or three expanding fasteners (remove the pins that go through middle of fasteners) and two torx screws to remove front grill, then two "u"shaped clips that hold each headlight trim in place.
