xsara 2001: need to replace heater matirx

Xsara 2001, 1.4LX

Hi,
Is there a guide that can take me step by step, for heater matrix removal and replacement?
That is, right from the beginning (with the car still in all one piece) to the very end; as I have not done this before, and am a little apprehensive about doing it.
