Somewhere on here there is a thread which gives part numbers for the transistors from Rapid Electronics, I bought a pair a couple of years or more ago and the paperwork has gone the way of most paper
I know they were the cheapest option at the time and I don't mind the work involved, this will be the third set I've done. and they have died again. Thanks in anticipation Derek B
