in tank fuel pump

right folks pump dead,looked for new pump for 2.0 x reg xantia hdi says its a 1525z1 0580303025.took pump out and its a 9637812280 are these the same pump or can you use both any help would be great

I think Citroen for some reason changed the format of all their part numbers in the last ten years. The first one looks like the new style number, the second one the old style.

Have you seen the recent thread on here about a source for the pump only rather than buying the whole unit?

Hi guys! fitted a new lift pump on my xantia last year, got my pump from "carparts4less" off the internet. cost about £120
they were able to cross refer my part number to make sure i got the right one, delivery was about 2 days and it was a genuine bosch pump! couldn,t fault the service!!

cheers for the replys seen the thread for pump only,45 pounds result i thought until i tried to get hoses off and the pump out of the housing.So as carpysmith mentioned carparts4less it will have to be
