What are your sounds when you are in the car (apart from dash squeaks, rattles & for me the K&N)?
I find I drive according to the music speed so if I put on any heavy metal I become Ayrton Senna & if it is something like Shirley Bassey I pootle along like a pensioner.
Some of my favs are: Deftones, Pink Floyd, Interpol, Radiohead, Pixies, Soundgarden, Kasabian etc.
Yours

I'm actually fortunate (usually!) in being one of those people who can constantly hear music in my head.
It makes a choice of external tunes, less imperative. Except when (for example) DJ Brain is playing Uh oh, we're in trouble
Something's come along
