c5 cruise control lexia

i fitted the cruise control stalk citroenmad activated it in the injection menu but cruise still not working. bought a lexia 3 from jim at easydiagnostics. this guy has spent hours trying to get it to work on windows 7 but something in my operating system is stopping it. jim is the most helpfull seller i have ever delt with. so now its loaded on a xp machine for now.

after a short time with the lexia tracked it down to the break switch for the cruise reading pressed all the time. the question is where are the break switches located.

its a 2003 c5 hdi vtr

Good to hear your getting somewhere with this

The brake switch is located on the passenger side. If you remove the carpet above the footwell (under the glovebox) you will see a bit think steel bar, at the end there are two switches, well there should be if yours has the second cruise switch fitted.
